Blog 5- The Finale

The novel all-in was a decent book it could’ve been better and it could’ve been worse. But overall I liked the book it was something that seemed interesting to me but i expected better but I was still pleased on how well Hautman made a story line for it. I would recommend this to a friend because if I liked the book anyone could and I dislike books. The book was fast-paced and sometimes could be boring but then something would happen and be like wow he was smart for that one. I discovered as a reader that I can read very well and keep up with the fast pace of the book. Overall the book was decent thank you everyone for tuning into the blogs.

Blog 3 – pace and conflict

The books pace is going by fast and I think that makes it better because you really don’t have to wait it’s just something new and makes you wanna read. The author really makes it fast by having the characters really do stuff like right now denn is in Vegas playing poker and it just explains how he goes upon playing and how good he played. This book doesn’t have any type of flashbacks yet but later on i expect him to be like oh i did that this is how i won etc… Also the central character does change and grow he had to learn how to play and then progressively gets better and better then wins more and more. His talent is really showing based on the amount of money he wins I wonder if later on he gets to caught up in the money or keeps on going and continue to be good.

BLOG 2 – character analysis

The character im intrigued by is the main character denn doyle he’s described how someone who was very rich. Then loses it all but it also seems like he’s a good guy and takes risks. I feel like i can relate to him because whenever i lose i wanna come back stornger and i feel like he has that mentality also i like to take risks. This book should reslly have the character grow stronger and also have bumps along the way I’m happy to see what happens .
